Air Duct Cleaning Services
Having your air ducts cleaned by our Duct Cleaning specialists
does more than just save you money on your energy bills,it improves both the quality of air in your home or office, the cleanliness and your health. If you have a problem with water in your ducts, this may result in mold growth in the duct. In this situation, solve the water problem first, clean and disinfect the ducts where mold growth has occurred, and have the rest of the ducting system cleaned as well following the NADCA, OSHA, NFPA, EPA y SMACNA standards.

Mold Remediation
Molds and fungi are found everywhere inside and outside, and can
grow on almost any substance when moisture is present. Molds when
they reproduce make spores, which can be carried by air currents. When these spores land on a moist surface that is suitable for life, they begin to grow. Molds are essential to the natural breakdown of organic materials in the environment. Mold is normally found indoors at levels that do not affect most healthy individuals. When these levels become abnormally high as determined by indoor air quality testing or a mold inspection, remediation is recommended to be carried out. We are certified by Florida University to assess and remediate mold.

As part of our responsibility with the community, Lydia S. Boschetti, president of AEES and mental health counselor, has created a series of workshops related to healthy living. These workshops and classes are designed to help the non-professional learn and understand the latest skills and techniques. Workshops and classes often address common behavioral health care topics like depression, intervention, anger management, self-esteem, ADHD, stress management, and more. Individual and group counseling, marital and family therapy. In addition, we provide consultation services including clinical case discussions, educational information and presentations such as drugs/alcohol abuse, marital situations, bereavement and psychological conditions such as Mood and Anxiety disorders.
